Assamese Film Director, Producer, Music Director and Lyricist Timothy Das Hanse passes away

Noted director and lyricist Timothy Das Hanse has passed away. The Director breathed his last at a private hospital in Guwahati at around 12.15 pm on Sunday. According to reports, the director had been suffering from a brain ailment for a long time. He was 70 years old at the time of his death. His mortal remains were taken to Diphu at 3.25 pm today. Zubeen Garg stammered, "Jodi Jiwonor Rong Bure Luka Bhaku Khele, Jodi Akhar Saki Ti Umi Umi Jole..."The title lyricist was Timothy Das Hanse.

In 2009, the film 'Jiwon Bator Logori' was released. The film starred Nipon Goswami, Malaya Goswami, Arun Nath, Raag Oinitam, Kapil Bora, Shyamantika Sharma, Hiranya Deka and many more.
