Guwahati's Chandmari flyover to remain closed for three nights

The Chandmari flyover in Guwahati will remain closed for three nights. According to an official notification issued by the Executive Engineer of the New Guwahati Territorial Road Division, the flyover road between Guwahati Commerce College Traffic Point and Chandmari Traffic Point will remain closed from 10 pm to 6 am on October 13, 15, and 17.

 The Public Works Department (PWRD) of the Assam Government has announced the temporary closure of Chandmari Flyover in Guwahati for three nights for essential bearing replacement and maintenance work.  All vehicular movement during this period will be diverted through alternate routes. As per the alternative mode of transportation, Rajgarh – East Saraniya Road, MT Road – Bamunimaidan Railway Colony Road, Mathgharia – Noonmati Road and Krishnanagar – Milanpur Road.
